Project Manager - BI & Analytics Consultancy


Fully remote

You will be a critical team member of a fast-growing data analytics consulting firm, eager to help e-commerce businesses boost their sales and marketing performance, using the power of data analytics to make the most effective decisions.


  • Manage the overall business intelligence and analytics consultancy project lifecycle, from gathering requirements, creating mockups or prototypes, developing, testing, quality assurance to reviewing with clients, managing the feedback loops, training, documentation and implementation alongside the analysts and clients.

  • Coordinate resource planning and allocation of budget and timeline, in order to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Continuously engineer new and enhance existing SOPs, processes, methodologies, checklists etc. to optimize the efficiency of the team and with the clients.

  • Accountable for stakeholder management, communication and expectations management with the clients, analytics team and contractors.



  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Enterprise Resource Planning, or any related discipline.

  • At least 5 years experiences in managing IT, preferably BI related projects such as Data Warehousing, BI software implementation and organization-wide digital transformation.

  • Highly familiar with key BI technologies and concepts including but not limited to data modelling, data integration, modern business intelligence and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker.

  • Experiences in any of the following will be an added advantage:

    • Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies

    • Project Management Platforms such as ClickUp

    • Resource management in consulting firms with multinational client companies

  • Strong abilities to lead projects, independently resolve complex issues and to succinctly synthesize and articulate findings for various audiences.
